Privacy
There are no accounts here, so there isn't a lot to keep. We hold on to public match data for the players people look up, plus a scrambled code from your connection so nobody can flood the queue.
What we store
- Reports. For each Riot ID someone looks up, we keep the finished report: rank, recent ranked games and the numbers worked out from them. All of it comes from Riot's public match history, which anyone can read anyway.
- The lookup queue. Which Riot ID was asked for, when, and whether it worked. Queue rows go after 7 days.
- Rate limits. To cap lookups at 10 an hour per connection, we turn your IP address into a scrambled code using a secret key (so the code can't be turned back into the address). The raw address is never stored. Counts are deleted after two hours.
- A visit counter. We run our own first-party counter, the same one nerfplz.com uses. It records page views, your device type, screen size, language and time zone, the page that sent you here, and a daily scrambled code that groups one reader's pages within a single day. Outside Europe it also keeps a random visitor code in your browser's storage, so a second visit counts as the same reader. If your device's time zone is European we skip that code and count the page view alone. Counter data is kept for 14 months.
Cookies
We don't set any. The bot check on the search box is Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a cookie of its own (that one's Cloudflare's, and it's there to tell people from bots). The site also remembers your last region and your light or dark choice in your browser's storage. Those two never leave your device.
Removing a report
If you'd like your report taken down, email [contact email to be added] from any address and include the Riot ID and region. We'll delete it and block that Riot ID from new lookups, since otherwise anyone could rebuild it from Riot's public data a minute later.
